Welcome to our furnished simple and snug all you need city studio next to Folkets park in central Malmö! The bed is a comfy Japanese futon (120 cm) matress. Kitchenette with all you need to cook a simple, delicious meal. A big built-in wardrobe. Big desk/table with two chairs for eating or working/studying. Chin-up bar for push-ups! Comfy chair for relaxing and reading. Bath tub for bubble baths. Heating, water and electricity are included in the rent. Wifi is not included in the rent, but can be arranged for a fee. If two want to rent the studio together, the rent is +1000 kr/month.
