**Furnished Room for Rent – Female Tenant Wanted** A furnished room is available in my quiet two-room apartment in Östra Sorgenfri, Malmö. I am looking for a **female tenant**, preferably a student or someone working in Malmö, who is looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay. The room is approximately **7 m²**. You will have your own private bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom. I also have a room in the apartment, but I only stay there occasionally when I work in Malmö. Most of the time, you will have the apartment to yourself. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with good public transport and within walking or cycling distance of Malmö University, Triangeln and the city centre. **Rent:** SEK 4,000 per month, including: ● Wi-Fi ● Electricity ● Heating Available from **mid-August or 1 September**. I am initially looking for someone who would like to rent until **the end of January**, with the possibility of extending the stay if it works well for both of us. No smoking and no pets.
