Description

I'm renting out my cozy two bedrooms apartment because I'm moving abroad for work. Located on the top floor of a small building, very bright thanks to south facing windows in the living room while the bedrooms face the backyard. The building is next to Kalskronasplan and Nobeltorget with good bus connections and a 15 minutes walk to the city center. Preferably not furnished but open for discussion depending on the renter's needs. The rent includes the rental, the heating and water. Internet & electricity are separate but can be provided for you for what they cost me every month.
